Welcome to Curlew Landings, a beautiful waterfront community in Dunedin, Florida. Gulf access is five minutes from our docks, and the Pinellas Trail is right across the street. It is a group of 94 privately owned townhomes, located just around the corner from the Dunedin Causeway.

The Curlew Landings Homeowners Association is an active and hard working volunteer association. The Board members have done a terrific job of maintaining our beautiful grounds and buildings, while keeping our monthly membership dues among the lowest in the area.

Here is a street map of our community.

Minutes The minutes from the January through April 2011 board meetings are now posted – view them here.

Hurricane Preparation Nancy Sinclair has kindly updated for 2011 the document she creates every year. Click here or on the logo immediately to the left for details.

2011 Budget is available for viewing here.

Certificates of Insurance Available Online!  – Our insurance agent, Statewide Insurance, now has online access for the certificates of insurance that your mortgage company probably requires annually. Click here or paste this link into your web browser: www.statewidecondo.com/certificates_of_insurance.html. You can even give the link to your mortgage company and tell them to get the certificate themselves! There are options on Statewide's website to have it emailed and/or faxed to you and/or the mortgage company. I tested it out and it worked very well. I received the certificate in less than 48 hours.

PoolPlease remember that the pool is open from dawn to dusk and should not be used outside these hours (by city ordinance).

Curlew Landings Homeowners Board Board meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Please take the time to come and participate in the community - it only takes half an hour!

Newsletter:

We are still looking for a volunteer to take over the editing of our quarterly newsletter.

If you would like to help the community by taking on this project, please contact me – I’ll make sure to steer you to people who can give you help and advice on what it entails.
